Consulting firms Public Affairs and Quo Mare are launching a joint venture this Thursday: research firm EqoLibrium, which focuses on issues related to the economy, energy and climate. Both founding companies are owners, and a third shareholder is former Christian Union leader Gert-Jan Segers.
